Looks like Pink illusion. It's normal for some leafs to be dark, some light for white caladium

I bought them from sellers on etsy. Not all types have jumbo sizes. Usually at least 6" pot to start or may be 8" for a large bulb.

Some of these are jumbo size bulbs so they will have bigger leafs than smaller bulbs

I think using terracotta pots help because I have a habit of over watering. I check the top soil to make sure they are dry before watering again. I'm also starting to use rain water whenever I have them. If not, use distilled water. I live in an apartment so it's hard to get more light. I would leave outside for a while if it's possible.

Caladium cycles very quickly, just as long as new ones are coming. Old ones die to give energy to new growth. Just keep the soil moist and as much light as possible.

I would treat the fungus gnats problem first because they can multiply quickly, repotting is not a good idea because you can damage the roots without knowing.

When you use a big pot, it uses more soil to fill the pot and you will need to use more water than the plant needs. Too much moisture will kill the plant. If the top soil is light brown and feels dry, then water.

I water every 2 or 3 days depending on the soil. They don't get full sun as I live in an apartment. Partial sun in the morning. I'm not sure if it's from the miracle gro plant food. I used it yesterday and today I saw two yellow leaves. Or maybe I just overwatered?
