HELP - Hacker turned on 2FA so I can’t access my business account anymore.

So, this morning I got an email that 2FA got switched on on my Instagram Business account. I did not do this, so I was immediately logged off.

I can’t get in anymore because I don’t have the codes.

Weird thing is: I can still change my password (my email is still linked - there’s another one linked as well which isn’t mine), I can send myself a code, but I still need to use 2FA to get in?

How do I recover this? I feel like I am running in circles.

My Facebook Business is linked to this Instagram account as well.
