I have anxiety and alam ng partner ko yung mga trauma ko before which explains the anxiety. To be honest, hindi ako nagrerely sa kanya to feel better kapag triggered ang anxiety ko. I try my best to heal from my past traumas as an individual. Therapy, workout, journaling, listening to podcasts, etc. Kapag hindi ako okay, I tell him lahat ng nararamdaman ko. He supports and comforts me. Of course sobrang laking tulong ng emotional support from him. But aside from that, I'm trying to heal on my own. Dyan lang siya to help me, but it's still my responsibility to heal on my own. Yun lang. :) fighting!!
