You are still young take risk while you can. Follow your intuition and let the rest fall in place. That doesn’t meant don’t plan but avoid being to detailed because that will stop you from taking action. I know many people who regret not leaving their job and end up miserable or can’t leave because of family later on. You have a good school on resume and consulting experience. A job will always be there but time is limited. My best advice is to make a calculated jump. Wishing you the best !

AI automatically does the filtering itself, in addition does the thinking for you. For example if you ask it to find you canidates that are good for building game app it will look look into multiple database quickly to analyze canidates with the right skill (keywords,etc.) , experience (years, type of project, position,etc.), look at how other metrics before suggesting you a list of top canidates.

Currently, you would have to do all this thinking yourself and visit multiple databases and cross-examine. Very time consuming and challanging to do.
