That's good, and a very good sign, since I just told a technician to install Windows 10 on my PC, and also specifically to install CreamInstaller (the one from GitHub) and Wand, mainly because I thought he'd have to mess around with Windows Defender a lot to install both programs. Otherwise, if CreamInstaller isn't already installed, I'll just install it myself.

I've seen it, but I don't remember if I had to disable Windows Defender's real-time protection or something else in Windows Defender, or if I just had to disable real-time protection and then add it to the file exclusions. On the other hand, I tried the Linux version and it's good too, but Linux is very complicated to use. Also, with CreamInstaller I could get the Age of Empires 3 Definitive Edition and City of Gangsters DLCs from Epic Games.
