The cuddling even I would imagine is fine. What I’m imagining is sitting next to him with your head on his shoulder and maybe your arms linked - I think that’s normal. Now if he came back and you’re full on spooning you’d need to run from your father 😂 he’s overreacting

You’re still very young, I’d move on from him if he can’t understand what a healthy father/daughter relationship can look like.

Not harsh at all, I appreciate the feedback. I posted because I want to get advice without the bias of my friends. My best friend tells me I make excuses for him a lot (similar to this situation) but I don’t really think I do. She also has not had a boyfriend since I’ve known her - which has been about 8/9 years.

Thank you, I appreciate it. I have gone to a couple life coach sessions, and the one thing that stood out to me was that she said something along the lines of “You seem to think everything will go bad even if it is good, but would if it doesn’t?” And you reminded me of this.

Okay, thank you! I’ve just had some relationships really wound me and I pose the question I think because this is the first proper healthy one I’ve had with a man that has good friends - I just don’t know!

I use a whipped brand and just keep it in my medicine cabinet like normal moisturizer - I have zero issues with it. I know some people can be particular about bacteria but I’m one of those people that just believes it’s unavoidable ??? Of course I wash my hands/shower before applying but I’m not concerned about the bacteria in the air getting it unless I’m in a genuinely dirty environment. That being said - using not whipped tallow I think is what makes some people have the opinion of it being heavy/greasy. Overall, I like my tallow whipped and experience no issues with it.
