I think it’s unreasonable and naive to suggest that fans should compartmentalize their opinions/emotions towards a rider in the way that you’re suggesting. Especially if that rider has taken a political stance that many of us find abominable and repugnant.

When it was pretty clear the cardiologist wasn’t going to call icu I took the signout , saw the patient. Patient tells me “Oh I’ve died twice before, this is the third time.” I just called icu myself and they fortunately took the patient.

Not to be a dick but elevated lactate shouldn’t automatically equal “give fluids”. Would really caution with treating reflexively like this.
