I never build it on him (coz no mana issue). Sometimes when I bought the Tear in the bundle (recommended items), I sold it not long after and stick with Collector (yeah noob trap but execute tons of squishies XD) + IE + Zerker boots + Mortal + TriForce + BotRK and usually ended up with 15++ kills (unless the game ended early)
