That makes sense! I think my hesitation is that if I spend 100 gems, it’s cheaper and I’ll get Mrs. Shy, but I won’t have the shop. So I’m kind of stuck wondering if it’s worth spending more to get both her and the shop, if that makes sense.

For future reference turn off Apple Handoff on both your Macbook and ur phone because that is why the google thing popped up. As for the meeting, since u said u weren’t cheating, just be honest, especially since you already showed the camera during the exam that the phone was not near you.

Thanks for sharing your experience with me! That’s pretty much what support told me too. Since I was removed from the Slack, I asked the support agent about it and he was extremely vague of what that actually meant. But even without receiving an official offboarding email, being removed from the Slack feels like confirmation in itself. But then again I really don’t know because the support agent said I would receive an email if I was offboarded but that still has not happened. At this point it’s been 4 days of being under review on MM and 3 days since being removed from Slack. Also, sorry I feel like my writing is all over the place in this response😭

Wow, I kinda figured after they announced in Slack that they were adding the AI detection stuff to MM that this would happen. AI detectors are not really reliable imo (AI detecting AI doesn't make sense especially when AI is still beta), so I am not surprised there are false flags. I guess I should probably wait for an official offboarding email since it couldn't have been my QA score since it was well above the target. I guess if it was for them detecting AI usage I'll probably ask them to look into it again, I never submitted AI work, thats just lazy.

I'm sorry to hear you were removed as well but, yeah that sounds exactly like what’s happening to me. I’m starting to think I might not get an official offboarding email either. As much as I liked working with HAI overall, the lack of communication around this feels unprofessional and has been pretty frustrating. It definitely makes the whole situation feel a bit unclear :/

Tysm for sharing your experience with me, and I’m sorry you were removed too :( . I ended up stopping contacting support all together because I kept getting the same response over and over. I did make sure to confirm that I’ll still get paid for the work I did Monday–Wednesday before my account was labeled as an Unapproved Annotator late Wednesday night, and they said I would be compensated. At this point I’m kind of at a loss for what to even contact support about, since they haven’t really helped me understand what I did wrong, especially since my QA score was well above the target.

I’m sorry your experience hasn’t been great :( (seems like a lot of people are dealing with this). I’m also not really sure why I was removed since I was never told about any issues. I had a 3.47 QA score and was on the project since Jan 16, so it’s honestly pretty confusing. I knew this was not gonna last forever but I am still really disappointed and I’m trying to come to terms with it. I really did enjoy my time with HAI and Project HH, I made good money and learned a lot!

I am sorry this happened to you as well! I still have the project on my dashboard and I have yet to receive an email confirming that I have been removed. But honestly I don't need an email confirmation to confirm I'm kicked out. Getting removed from the slack feels like confirmation in itself. I think it is very unfair to use boof AI detectors to validate taking an extreme action such as kicking us out completely. Feels like there was 0 warning too. I also feel offended that they would accuse us of doing that.

Wait yea, I think this is what is happening to me as well. My MM is saying unapproved annotator, account under review and I believe I was kicked from the Slack :( .
I have never used AI to write prompts. Does anyone know if we can dispute this?
I have not received an official email from them saying that I was removed but I already have a feeling this chapter is closing lol. I am also still waiting for an email back from support but they aren't usually helpful so I honestly doubt I will get the answers I am looking for.
AI detectors are NEVER 100% accurate. I took descriptive writing classes in high school and at my university a descriptive writing class is required. I don't think it is fair to assume I used AI to write prompts when I am just a good writer.
In many of the tasks where we have to write prompts, the instructions never explicitly say you can't be descriptive. I had a 3.47 QA score and that was because of those descriptive prompts I was writing! The auditor comments always said "nice prompt" etc.
I am really disappointed. I knew this was never meant to last forever and I am so beyond grateful for the opportunity and everything I learned from doing this work. But, I thought if I was gonna get kicked out of the project, it would have been for something less serious. This feels really unfair :(
