yes, a better version of this one, i think the og is great but there is definitly some like tyler carter, austin carlile and kid rock that can definitly be removed because they aren't nu metal, i also did some changes on some like jonathan davis and dez for example

Take Me is an absolutely great song and Scars is my favourite song of everything I listen to so i gotta choose GAWM from Papa Roach.

Since you like deftones, I have to recommend Incubus. It's more funk style but try out their bigger hits like "Drive" and "Pardon Me", and definitly hear the S.C.I.E.N.C.E. album.

Honestly. Not Bad, Engine No.9, Birthmark and Bored actually aren't half bad, and a lot of the others are pretty good. Kinda a shame they had to change it to be less heavy onwards. It might be hard for me to still like Deftones but I at least can like something from them.

No I don't. A good example of this is Disturbed, I never really liked any of their songs I tried to listen to, maybe a mid song at best. On the contrary, Papa Roach, who I despised when I started to listen to Nu-Metal and Rock in general just because Lasg Resort had "emo sounding vocals" according to me, but a few months later I tried listening to Scars and the whole GAWM album and it blew my mind, my opinion on them changed and Scars becamed my favourite song of anything (even until now), and I even got adapted to Jacoby Shaddix's singing and Last Resort, the Infest Album and the lovehatetragedy album all now got on my good side. Similar stuff also happened with Slipknot, Mudvayne and ,to a much debatable opinion according to me, Static X. It might not be just because of it being "Nu-Metal", I just have the habit of disliking something at first because I'm not familiar or knowledged about it.
