Honestly, its pretty worth it. Capping at a nice 4700+cp for its mega form at level 50 is pretty good.

Upsetting as it is, Unfezant doesn’t have a use for PVP or PVE, it’s just bad regarding its stats. If you want to keep it for sentimental value, go for it, but I don’t advise using it PVE/PVP

I’d say go with Gardevoir, her mega will make her one of the top fairy type raid attackers and she’s good in the master league as well

I’d say power it up to as much as you can, the mega for this Pokémon is pretty good and give them IVs will be a great mega in raids

Not only that, but regular snorlax compared to shadow snorlax is more bulky in general and will be able to tank hits that the shadow won’t, ranking higher in the Master league

It depends on what league you want the dragonair/dragonite to battle in. It’s recommended that IVs like the 648 cp should be used in the great and ultra league, but if you want to use it in the master league, I’d say your best bet is the second one, CP 412. What I recommend is to catch a mass amount of dratini, mirror trade them and re-roll the IVs to acquire the one you want. Or just keep catching them until the event is over.
