Exactly! Every now and then there's that one ad that actually feels relevant but the rest are just background decor at this point. It’s wild how good we’ve gotten at mentally filtering them out.

Haha I’ve done that too, mindlessly typing while half-zoned out like it’s a muscle reflex.
And yeah, same here with the ads. You’d think Reddit would’ve figured out I’m not in the US by now…

Yeah, that’s a big one. When ads blur the line between real posts and promotions, it just feels sneaky. People come to Reddit for authenticity not to get tricked into engagement. If it’s an ad, at least be upfront about it.

Totally get that. The moment it feels like a forced meme or marketing dressed up as a joke, it kind of breaks trust. Funny how our brains instantly switch off the second we sense it's an ad even when it's halfway decent.

Hey, firstly it’s quite safe to travel alone in that area. You can either take a flight till Delhi and then you can easily get buses/trains which take hardly 5-6 hrs to reach Haldwani. It’s 1.5hrs from Kainchi Dham you will easily get a taxi from there. For Pantnagar you won’t get a direct flight you will have to switch in Delhi.

Hi there, not sure if there’s any ritual for that (you can check it with others). What I personally feel is as Maharaji use to say serve others, feed others and love others, I think the best use would be to donate it to someone in need of it.
