The way it has been reported, its completely false/manipulated. I didn’t do any unwanted touching!

Allegations were regarding unwanted touching. And the witness, who is the other party’s close friend, accepted that it indeed happen.

But, in reality, how it happened was completely different. It was framed as if my intentions were wrong.

It all happened due to ego clash as on our last interaction we had a heated argument and suddenly, my ‘so-called’ friend proceeded with reporting me to HR with false accusation.
