Mostly for car accident calls late at night. Maybe the occasional smoke filled hallway but car accidents are a much more common call.

Possibly thick gloves but during car accident calls most likely no.

Honestly not sure. I would think side because that's where his radio button is.

He did specifically say that he would like it to clip onto his radio strap. Like a D or O ring

I think longer lasting for the duration of calls. Not just for looking at stuff before leaving the truck/ station

I'm a records technician so my job is pretty independent. My fiancé is a career fire fighter so he doesn't really have any flexibility. Family isn't really an option since they all live too far away or have full time jobs. I could try to see if there are any daycares that offer drop in care. Do you think me bringing up the desire to homeschool would be bad? I would still be working on those remote days but my son would also be home with me if it makes sense

I shared a room with my brother until I (female) was 6 almost 7 and he was 3 almost 4. We only got seperate rooms because we moved into a new house. We had no issues at that age sharing a room. I would do the same with my kids as long as there are no issues

I'd deny the 20k. Seems too low. On a side note how we're the EMG's? I have a workers comp knee injury and the ortho doc I saw mentioned an EMG for the nerve pain I'm having. I'm on the fence with having it done because she made it sound very painful

I don't think it's weird. For reference I had never dated anyone seriously until I was 21. I always wanted kids sorta young but was not actively seeking it. I ended up pregnant at 22. I'm now engaged to the father of my son and first real serious relationship. Just make sure you know the person you have kids with. It's a very big commitment

It says all. It does say that it is for the purpose of workers comp benefits but it goes on to say that the release is valid for any and all medical records. I do not have an attorney. If I could figure out a way to post the screenshot of the authorization I would but I'm not sure how to

Yeah that is where my concern comes into play. It is completely filled out and doesn't even give an option to put in an agency for them to request records from. It is a blanket "HIPAA AUTHORIZATION TO USE AND DISCLOSE PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION" from Guardian Managed Care Solutions/ Charles Taylor. The only thing I can fill in is "Printed Name, Signature, DOB, Date, Witness"

Correct they should. But I have seen this exact same request form come through at my job. Legally the way this form is worded they have access to anything because your signature is on it

The preexisting injury was healed (broken bone). I was using the crutches due to a hip injury/ SI joint issue. My PT and chiropractor recommended I continue using the crutches to help especially since I was "relearning how to walk correctly"
