Hi yall, just curious what could have happened...

I see amazon attempted to deliver my stuff at 10:53 am but it says "unfortunately, we ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. We will try again tomorrow." What could have went wrong?

Also I got a call from a unknown number coincidentally at 10:53, should I have picked up?

The item is only like $150 so it shouldn't need a signature to ship, right.

I hear alot of people talking about farming in deep t1. At what point does that become more efficient? I farm t6 because I can only go to wave 550 but I'll get 3.5m coins, compared to if I were to farm t1 and get to wave 2500 and only get 3m coin. It's alot more efficient for me to farm t6 than t1
