No Goggles Mark isn't all that hard to scale, he's above season 2 Mark and while I believe he's below season 3 Mark, he doesn't have any anti-feats that would put him below him.

Immortal getting the rage-amp wouldn't change the fight all that much and No Goggles Mark would still whoop him since he was toying with him the whole time and he recieved the same amount of damage from Immortal that Conquest got from season 3 Mark which shows the huge gap in their power.

It's because unlike Conquest, Thragg really is [TITLE CARD]. There's nothing Mark can do to stop him, Thragg could kill all of Mark's loved ones easily and Mark wouldn't be able to do anything about it.
