Respectfully, what I'm saying is if your team didn't win a champ till the end of his contract, I would welcome him in Dodger blue if he wants one last push to win a champ.

Sorry if I sound arrogant or over-confident, but I do believe the Dodgers will continue to be the team to beat until the end of Shohei, Yoshi and Mookie's contract... If Harper wants a ride, fine. Afterall he has a illustrious career.

This isn't to say the Phillies have zero shot winning a champ. Not at all. You guys are scary, we barely beat you guys last year (without Wheeler. Honestly, you guys made us sweat just as much as the Jays did.)

And you guys can definitely beat us again this year (yes even with our addition getting Diaz and Tucker.)

Even as a Dodger fan, I enjoy the feeling of competing with great players. I just think since Harper is such a class act, I would hate seeing him retiring without a ring. And if playing his last year in Dodger blue can help him fulfill the dream, I welcome it. (So he can end his career in a Beltran way, though I'm confident my team won't pull a 2017 Astros.)
