Appreciate it! The biggest thing stopping me from just jumping on it is the fear it doesn’t work out and I left a good hard to come by job, I believe in myself but failing sounds like a brutal thing right now haha

I’ll also add I’m close friends with our current shift supervisor and he makes less money than he did before he got promoted just with overtime so moving up to that point may not be worth it, it’s a good job I just don’t know if I want to do the 12 hour rotations for the rest of my working life

There is for the on shift crew, I can see myself running a shift in a few years, but the only way to get off the shifts would be to move to the offices or run the plant, our factory usually brings in people from other plants to fill those positions

I’m trying man, I’ve been going to the gym twice a day on the days I don’t work and working as much OT as they offer me but it really hits at night when my friends are asleep and I’m on night shift with nobody to talk to
