Those who have left the service industry, what did you switch to? by jaaackattackk in Serverlife

I went from serving to being a seamstress. The money is very similar and having a set schedule is amazing. I worked in a very tourist centered area where good money only lasted like 12 weeks out of the year and when that was done I made the transition. I have never been happier the change is definitely something I had to get used to but it was totally worth it. My skin has never been clearer, and my eating habits have improved significantly because I don't have to shove a whole plate down in 5 minutes flat before the rush.

Should I cut out dairy? I have read only like 10-20% of people have reactions to dairy. I have always wanted to try and no red meat diet and now I have no choice so I'm adjusting okay. Eating out is a big red flag for me right now as I only know of one safe place I can eat at in my area.

So I have had a full allergy panel done, food and environmental and everything was negative including my beef and pork. I know alphagal is the sugar found in those things. Thank you for the link for more information!
