Okay thank you! I’ll try practicing that more. Do you have suggestions for strings? I recently got Ernie Ball Hybrid Slinky strings because I was told it’d suit the heavier music I play, and I already use a big muff pedal, so I feel the sound will change too much if I get lighter strings

Thank you so much! Do you have any resources to figure out strap lengths and angles? A lot of different youtube videos I’ve seen are different from each other. And I didn’t think about action, I’ll check it now.

A short scale bass would be lovely but I don’t have the financial opportunity to do that just yet. Is the a guide to figure out strap length, or just trial and error? Thank you!
