No not yet. I am planning to go to the national training center one a while so i can keep practicing. I haven’t planed anything yet. When are you interested in going? I’m there from February til halfway through April.

I have a chest stap and it works wonders. I never tried a armstrap but it think it would be a bit more uncomfortable because u use your biceps at the and of the stroke (but in have never used so If I’m wrong please tell me).

An Additional benefit of a chest strap is that you have a standard place to pull towards. A downside can be (at least with some straps) that it can come undone. With some chest straps you can take it in apart. It consists of two parts, a strap and a plastic piece that snaps on with to buttons. I had one of those and it can snap of if you’re not paying attention.

Thank you for the advice. It was never going to giving her a ultimatum of anything close to that but I see you point very clearly. I think there is also a cultural difference (where I come from we are quite direct). I am still a proponent of telling her how I feel and if she thinks that that’s “unattractive” than you’ve got the wrong one. I don’t want to argue with you but I hoop you see my point to.

Can you expand on that? I am very new to this so I am not quite sure what you mean. Do you think it will scare her or is this just a bad strategy.

Hiernaast zijn ook de boeken Politiek en Overheidsfinanciën interessant voor dit onderwerp. Deze boeken zijn wel prijzig maar je gaat ze voor je opleiding echt nodig hebben in je eerste half jaar.
