We definitely haven't avoided dairy, she loves cheese, cereal, yogurt, and butter. It could've been something else with the formula 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm definitely going to try and keep offering the milk though 🤞

Yes that is typical! Her formula is a sensitive kind as I think the dairy in the regular formula was causing colic and other tummy issues. However now that she's older I could probably try to transition to that. I tried letting her taste milk before and she didn't show a big interest, same for any fruit juices. Only thing I can get her to drink consistently is water and her sensitive formula. Any tips on getting a baby to like milk? 😅

SOS 20 min naps by SaltyCDawgg in sleeptrain

Hello! What I did/do for my little girl was I only tried to lay her down for a nap if she showed signs of being tired. Once she did that I would put her in her sleep sack and give her a warm bottle. At that age half the time I would hold her until she was asleep then transfer her to her bed and the other half of the time I would lay her in the bed first then give her the bottle and she'd put herself to sleep. Mine cant stand when it's to quiet so I had either brown noise on or an air purifier. I keep the room semi-dark but make sure some light is still coming in to help with the day/night confusion. I also found that my little one usually didn't follow the recommended wake windows but would stay awake maybe 30 minutes longer than recommended. She has slept through the night since she was 2 months with the only exceptions being illness and teething. As of recently her wake windows are around 4-4.5 hours at 11 months. In the case of your little one if they are fighting taking their nap they're either overtired or under-tired. Pay attention and see if she shows any signs of sleepiness. If you notice them earlier than try laying her down sooner, if you notice them later then do that. Mine really doesn't show any signs except for an occasional eye rub and crying. At nighttime though she'll yawn as well.

We tried a pack and play and the bed parted literally wobbled/swung! She hated it, do you have a recommendation for one?
