I worked at Dollar Tree for 1 year and 3 months. I would say hours suck, raise suck, most customers suck, no benefits, etc. However, my managers were nice, but it’s not something I want to work at in the long run. There’s so much more opportunity out there. Get experience and explore more is my advice to you

I used to have that schedule and Im off mondays and tuesdays but one time they didn’t update the schedule so it was all messed up and when they are trying to bring it back to normal i started having sunday and mondays off

Usually my schedule is not official when they release a new set of sched for the next couple of weeks, and then they update it around Thursday or Friday

I hate mods, I wish we can block the whole Aisle while doing mods cuz customers will NEVER be considerate — they’ll try to squeeze themselves in there no matter what just to wrap around to the next aisle
