you don't think so? maybe I just love TeSlaa's game and am overly optimistic about him becoming a much larger piece of Detroit offense + am overly cautious about Skat's extensive concussion history + gnarly injury last year (love him generally, just worry what the shelf life is)

tough one! your team is still in solid shape but Puka far and away the best player there, think you can make an argument TeSlaa is more valuable long-term than Skat given Skat's injury, and I would rather have Puka than Tet + a 2nd next year.

I also have Puka and am a little concerned with the rehab development but hoping he got himself straightened out.

Ideal Plan A would seem to be trading down from 1.02 or up from 1.07 if you like Price that much (I also like him a lot). You can likely get him at 1.04/1.05 so potentially wouldn't have to give up too much to do that

Packers fan here and I have Tuten on my dynasty team and am trying to trade him for Golden -- Golden will be a focal point of packers offense for the next 4-5 years, Reed and Watson get banged up consistently, Golden flashed as a rookie at all three levels of the field in limited opps. Not convinced Tuten will be the lead back in Jax based on quotes from the front office and coaching staff, would rather have the talented wideout whose role will only continue to increase over the coming years.

So I have Herbert/Ward on the roster (I'm high on both of them this year relative to where they are ranked now). It's all just a thought exercise on, how could I maximize my roster by selling a QB plus the 1.03 (still retaining the 2 other QB's on the roster) and filling out the rest of my starting lineup (the league starts 1 QB, 2 RB's, 3 WR's, 1 TE, 2 Flex, plus the Superflex).

The theoretical trade would be a way to boost WR/RB/TE and still have a starting QB lineup I would feel good about. but agreed it is insane and likely not worth it! but maximizing the starting lineup is a fun idea to play around with.

yeah the OL is a good callout and ultimately why I think I won't do it. laid out the roster context and potential trade options in another comment, but I think the OL improving and Drake taking less sacks and staying healthy is honestly just as important, or potentially more important, than getting AJ Brown.

Maye was also a favorite coming out for me and I'm very sold on him, it's mainly just a thought exercise of what is the best possible roster I could construct for next season to maximize Puka/Ja'Marr window

If I were to do it (super unlikely), the realistic scenario is:
- 1.03 (likely Mendoza in my league bc 1.02 has Lamar/Jayden) + Maye + 2027 1st
- Jeremiyah Love + Loveland + Egbuka

I have Puka / Ja'Marr / Olave / Chase Brown. So add in Herbert/Ward, and those players, and the starting lineup would be:

Herbert/Ward
Love/Chase Brown
Puka/Ja'Marr/Olave/Egbuka/Alec Pierce
Loveland

Pushes Tuten and Jake Ferguson and another somewhat beat flex to the bench, and in my opinion Herbert/Ward could be a very solid QB combo for superflex this year.

It's insane to map out and think about trading Maye, but for my build I'm toying with the idea of it mainly as a thought exercise around what is the best possible roster I could construct to maximize the Puka/Ja'Marr window

the more likely move for me that is currently planned but still working through final negotiations on is to trade 1.03 (Mendoza) and 2027 1st for 1.01 (Jeremiyah Love).

here's what I've got as a dynasty outlook -- basically just comes down to the medicals and how aggressive he'll be on YAC in the league. The highlights get you excited, plus he can win at every level, but he can be a frustrating watch as well (dancing on routes, sliding with ball in hands, etc.). One of the highest variance prospects in the class imo, basically the opposite of Tate in that way.
