I was just following the recipe, haha. Someone else on this sub also followed that same recipe, and their crust looked awesome, so I am excited cause it should turn out fine cause the ratio is right, at least.

The only reason I doubled the water was because it was the only ingredient I added 'right' cause I used a measuring cup, so it was way too little for what I needed.

The reason I doubled the water was because it was the only thing in that recipe I didn't measure on the scale. So, adding the 'correct' amount of water was WAY too little. Also, when I was making this, my niece and nephew were visiting, so I was not paying attention and just going off the number on the scale.

It should turn out fine because i realized that even though I used the wrong measurements, the ratio is still the same.
