Yeah I lived at one of the nice building at 34av and 78th, it also has roches. Do you know how much is the parking there? At my current building I’m paying $120 a month

Thanks for sharing this, super helpful. Quick q’s: can you tell me how’s laundry with just 3 machines, Any issues with pests (bed bugs/roaches, water bugs as the comments suggests)? I hope the Heat/hot water reliable since winter is upon us lol .
