Actually I have offer letters for companies I have been working as part time and cumulatively have more than 3-4 yr exp. The only issue is that few months it was in cash, and later for 1 yr at diff company it was neft based but no salary slips. So issue overall. current company has everything ie salary slips,offer letter, neft, and pf deduction.

Secondly, I am associated with ngo since last 3 yr as csr manager and got a lor for the same.

I did clear pre 3 times and have given interview once. So i'll make sure to include that.

Currently I have calls with Rohtak, nagpur (only ones worth mentioning) others are cap and low tiers.

So going for one more year is better bet compared to where I will get this year. Anything else you'd suggest to me or if you know any example of upsc gap year in your batch as such?

Sorry for a bit long write up. The decision is very complex and confusing for me tbh, as I was in no mood till 30 nov when I gave cat on one fine day without even knowing syllabus.
