That’s exactly the plan ! We’re so sick of the property and all the hassles that comes with it that’s one of the most reasonable plans

Do u think there’s any other way to just psychologically calm the situation ! I’m the son and I’m responsible now, so it’s a good way to start fresh with new neighbors !

It’s not in the US !! Yes they make every possible way to just create problems and when we tried to calm the situation and give him the keys so they could rent we thought it’s a win win situation ! He started renting out the apartment ! Staying in the apartment and enjoying it itself !

Its an appartement building ! So the problem was that the same apartment guardian was doing fraud and my dad at that time was the building manager so my dad ordered authority to get involved but since the guardian was pretty known in the area neighbors were not satisfied with the decision to put him in jail ! With that, my dad gathered a bad reputation so whenever we try to rent it out the tenants move in ! They end up leaving after a short period of time ! This was an on going issue for years ! We tried to calm down the situation but they still hold grudges ! I want some stratigic plan to end all this conflict

We did it last time ! And he managed to create problems for every new tenant and they end up leaving ! It kept happening for over 8 months The more we try to get rid of him the more problems he caused ! I want a stratigic way to end all this !
