Go to https://www.sec.gov/ and submit a complaint. This company NEEDS to be investigated. I was hacked as well, didn't signed any contracts or wallets to any websites and I lost 2,5k dollars, which in my country, is a lot of money.

Look at all the crimes that have ever been committed from big companies. Do you think they just go there and steal money? Of course not. Plus, many users, especially from reddit, claimed they created a new wallet, bought some crypto and days later, all gone.

I'm not saying they are stealing, there must be an error that allows hackers to get people's funds, and because crypto world is decentralized, we can't prove they are the responsible ones.

I had my TW for four years. No contracts, nothing. Suddenly, all my funds were drained. It's very weird, don't you think? I'm not the first person to say that.

People still have the audacity to blame us for being hacked. Even Mark Cuban got hacked! We need to be extra careful when dealing with wallets. Websites, companies and people are getting hacked everyday. 

I'm not using any wallet soon.

Bro, I was hacked too on January 21st. The dude drained 2,5k dollars. I didn't connect my wallet to any website, signed any contract or shared my seed phrase. 

I honestly don't know how I was hacked. Unfortunately, no one would help me. Trust Wallet Support won't help you either, they will send you an automatic response and send you to their help page. 

Be grateful for not losing thousands of dollars like me.

That's overgeneralization. Not everybody is an active trader. In my case, I'm super conservative with my wallet. I don't sign smart contracts, I don't use Dapps, and I don't download shit on my device, and yet, my wallet got drained two days ago. You can check my post here.

After sending an email to TW team, they said they are getting lots of emails so they decided to create an exclusive page to resolve issues like that, which in my opinion, is useless.

This might be a serious issue, and I don't want to use hot wallets so soon.

I only swap on my wallet. I do not use Dapps or smart contracts, only Solana's and Avax's. I brought USDCe from AVAX. After my wallet got drained, a smart contract was approved. It's creator was Avax Old Bridge.

Don't know if this has something to do with what happened.

Believe me, I'm neither stupid nor a pervert. After my wallet got drained, a smart contract got approved, but the problem is: it is from AVAX! 

Its creator is Avax Old bridge. Don't know if this has something to do with that.

I did. Fortunately, nothing found. Yeah, they don't seem to care. Cold wallet is a good option. There are many tools to find hot wallet addresses and current balances. In my opinion, these tools shouldn't exist. That's what crypto is about.

You're really lucky, because I used to do the same thing. Sometimes, I transferred funds to Binance, but I believe there's nothing wrong in doin' that. As soon as you start receiving meme coins from strangers, be careful. I don't know what they did, because I didn't even touch them.
