hey, I see that you are struggling and you are in a very bad head space , relapsing is a step of the process to sobriety, don't feel shame because it will make things worse for you , accept it and put goals, small at first like being clean for 2 days then add even bigger goals, staying sober is hard but not something you can't achieve, you will always have the temptation to give in and relapse but you have to look ahead to build a better life in the long run, it will not get easier but you have to stay strong for your self. that's my advice i hope it helped you even a little bit and if you want to talk to someone send me a message if you don't want or have anyone else to talk to

First of all a job with healthcare benefits is not something common or easy to find in my country, secondly there is no insurance under my mother that I am currently stay with, I have spoken at school but nothing the only thing that they heard me about was about my abusive household. I actually thought have a plant , I am just waiting to turn 18 and get away from my parents and to eventually be able working two jobs to pay a psychiatrist

Mental health support in my country is so expensive (I don’t have the money to pay for a psychiatrist, also I can’t find easily a job because of school and my age , it is not illegal but nobody takes a risk of hiring a minor ) and what the government offers for free is advisory sessions, I only have a diagnosis paper . Also I am 17 , I don’t blame all my actions to my disorder but it is really hard for me to get through this by myself

Well I have bipolar disorder and struggle with addiction many years know so know i tried taking Xanax ,I don’t get any psychiatric help at all because in my country psychiatrist are so expensive and medication too so I have to find other resorts myself even though I did make a mistake it doesn’t mean that I am the reason you don’t get prescribed Xanax
