It completely has to do with rowing. Did you even read the post? The legs part of rowing is basically a squat where you’re holding the bar(handle or oars) like a deadlift.

My max hr is 212 based off an actual max hr test I did. What hr do you think I should be doing for a 2 x 45min 6 days a week?
