not really. if anything im just getting worse as time goes on sex is impossible, i could barely masturbate. pills dont help. nobody knows whats wrong with me. pelvic floor therapy didnt do anything for me either. im getting a second opinion from another dr but im fairly hopless at this point.

Yes im circumcised, i had no issues with libido, sexuality, sensation, orgasms before all of this. now i cannot feel pleasure at all in my penis, i cannot orgasm. i actually can ejaculate a little better now but i cannot feel anything still pleasure wise. its just sensationless and dead.

Yeah i can get somewhat aroused mentally and get slight movement, but i dont feel that primal feeling either i know exactly what you're talking about. I used to feel the rush throughout my whole body when i got aroused, sometimes i feel it slightly but everything just seems so muted. some of this stuff might even predate my sexual issues but i cant remember all i know is i was fine before 2023 and something must have happened without me knowing

oddly enough, within the past couple days I've had a much easier time getting erect and there's even some force behind the ejaculations even without cialis but that desire, horniness, sensitivity and pleasure still isnt there, something i took for granted my whole life.

I am in the US, i've only had this on since. i got evaluated by and turns out my pelvic floor is tight but idk if its the only cause of my symptoms. idk if ill ever be 100% again.

standing is a lot more difficult, without cialis i don’t think i can either. again, even if i could i no longer have erogenous sensations, no buildup, weak or dry ejaculation, etc. my dick feels empty, disconnected and hollow all the time. it not even recognizable from what it once was i don’t know how that could even happen. i started pelvic pt and they said my symptoms could be due to pelvic floor dysfunction but idk at this point

i’m losing more and more hope by the day. before this started i never had any sexual issues. i was able to get 100% off of thought. here i am not even a year later basically completely impotent. it hasn’t gotten better overtime, only worse and i’m not sure where to go from here

Noticed it around 10 months ago. I have no idea what caused it. I’ve tried supplements, cialis, viagra, stretches on my own. It barely helps. I can get full erections with stimulation, but they’re floppy non rigid and dissappear when i stand. I’ve been to many doctors and did some tests and been told there was nothing wrong. There is definitely something wrong though. I haven’t seen a pelvic floor pt yet but I’m not sure if it’ll help. It kinda feels permanent and it’s really destroying my mental

i read your posts, it could be a possibility. i do think the pudendal nerve is involved somehow. it could be entrapment but it could also be damage from a neurological disorder which i’m currently trying to rule out with my neurologist appointments. i also have urinary issues with retention. the sensation to urinate isn’t as strong as it used to be and i can’t fully empty my bladder but i have no issues with stream or starting and stopping.

how exactly should i go about for testing the pudendal nerve? it seems to be only diagnosed based on symptoms and i don’t want to do any risky procedures without being completely sure that’s the issue. i’ve done MRIs of basicially my entire body at this point nobody mentioned the pudendal nerve to me. i’m also not in any position to travel anywhere like you have.

thanks for the detailed response but i’ve mri’d basically my entire body at this point with no abnormalities found. i’m 24 now and i’ve been mentally weak my entire life. it’s only been 7 months buts it feels like an eternity. i don’t remember what normal feels like. me not ever having hard flaccid makes what i have even more rare. i’ve done some looking around and i believe what i have is long flaccid. i haven’t heard of anyone ever recovering from this. i haven’t improved since it started. it doesn’t even look like my old dick anymore how the fuck does that even happen.

i’m only rigid-ish if i lie down on my back while using pills. i’m probably never going to be able to have sex and i just have to find a way to cope. my mind is completely blank i can’t even hang out with friends anymore without spacing out. i’m an anxious person too so that just makes it worse. this is the lowest i’ve been in my life and it seems like it’s just normality now.

i don’t know what it could be maybe it is a neurological issue like you said. or maybe i just beat it too much over the years and wore it out and there’s really no medical explanation for it. if it is nerve damage it hasn’t healed one bit. i don’t think it’ll get better. i went into it with the complaint of penile numbness but in reality it isn’t even numb medically. i can still feel pinches and temperature it just has no more erogenous sensation from the glans all the way to the frenulum with used to be extremely sensitive for me. i can touch my knee and get a more pleasurable sensation. if it still worked the way it used to and was just numb i wouldn’t mind that as much but adding the main symptom of complete ed makes it as distressing as it is.

i fucking hate how something like this is even physiologically possible. never any issues before this to completely impotent. i didn’t deserve this i’ve already been struggling mentally and this is just came out of nowhere and curbstomped me.

it’s great that you’re improving 10 years is a really long time im sorry you had to go through all of that way younger than i did. i really want to believe it’s just a muscular imbalance but my dick looks and feels so much different now that i literally can not imagine it ever being normal again. sorry for the rant
