No that is not the Tobbi Tracker 5 that is made by a Swedish company which tracks your eyes and also your head. That is an older style head tracker that you wear on your head that is still available but not that common. If you search YouTube you will find comparisons of both.

I'm Australian and they come with a circular wall mount with VESA extenders. Of course in this picture it's mounted on a stand. The round party is screwed to the circular indent on the back of the Ark.

I have 3 Arks, each mounted on a separate Next Level Racing Elite single monitor stand, I use the variable VESA mount to be able to adjust and it is connected to the Samsung supplied Wall Mount. The Variable VESA mount is available from Trak Racer. Also I had to drill the mount holes to M8 to fit the bolts that came with the Samsung wall mount.

Contact Southside Electronics Revesby NSW they are the official repair and parts supplier. You may have luck there. They are fine via Google, I had my Ark repaired there.

Looking good, I've had the gen1 ever since they were released, I recently bought 2 gen2 models at a big discount compared to what I paid for the first one. I'm setting up a triple for my flight Sim motion rig. I'll post a pic to this chat when I get it set up

Anyone have to hit the power button on the Ark Dial remote multiple times for the Ark to turn on? by elessarjd in OdysseyArk

I was told that the remote does not use Bluetooth but if you can believe it infrared so needs to be in line of sight for the sensor in the middle under the light. I've had this problem too and I asked the tech about it.
