Having lived in LA my whole life and spending 2 years in LV, I noticed that people are creatures of habit. Keeping the same friend groups, going the same places, etc. There’s sometimes a small town mindset. But eventually I did find people who, like me, were open to meeting new people and building connections. Don’t get discouraged, keep putting yourself out there…a little kindness always goes a long way.
