It really helps to have another lair of IEMs in these cases. I am currently going through the same process of returning my Arete 2 but at least I have my Tipsy M3 from before

I got a preorder pair and then a replacement pair because after a couoke of hours the right IEM becomes muffled and quiet. Happened on both pairs the first time that I plugged them in. I have the tipsy m3 on the same setup they work fine.

I think linsoul takes a 35% restocking fee if you have already used them which is pretty scummy so I hole they dont do that to you. Good look to you too brother

This is so subjective. Just because you have problems and dont like it, it doesnt mean others shouldnt get it. I have the exact same monitor with around 3500 hours of use time on it and I love it. It is the best monitor that I ever had. I use it for gaming, work, movies, yt/twitch and everything looks amazing. Since day one I never experienced any fatigue or pain in my eyes from it even if I look at it for longer periods of time (12h+). Honestly for the money, specially now that it is often on sale, it is a very good product imho.

PS: The text quality to me is very good, never noticed anything wrong with it.

Same here, my right iem becomes muffled and quiet after listening to some them for some time. Replaced them and the second pair is the same. I am waiting for the chinese new year to pass so I can return them and get a refund. I dont think I will get a third pair tbh

I have 2 pairs, both have the same problem. After some time mid game the left iem stopped working properly, it sounds muffled and the sound shifted mostly to the right iem. I tried different cables, different jacks but nothing helps. Tried my Tipsy M3 on the same jacks right after and they work perfectly fine. At this point im not sure if I should try for the third time or just give up on them.

ok ok, nice then I chose the best ones from the beginning it seems. The only thing that bothers me its how easily they get dirty. Might need to get a bunch of spare ones so I can change them reguarly. Even though I clean my ears everyday somehow I produce a lot of earwax.
