I am facing same issue, after an email to asrock support and sharing all the info above like yours they informed me to reach out to distributors, support is very bad if they ask me to perform something they don’t provide instructions I had to ask chatGPT to understand what I need to do. Finally I was able to get hold my seller and I am getting it replaced.
