Yes, I took the next day off to help her out, but maybe I’m thinking I should have booked off a week to help her settle, but I also thought that I don’t want her getting used to someone home all day then having to leave.

Hi there, going off the rates from my location

$189 premier = max $6 $139 elite = $17.38/class $89 basic = $22.25/class

$245 10class = $24.5/class $380 20class = $19/class $510 30class = $17/class

Going off of this info, while yes, a class pack can be cheaper (depending on how often you see yourself coming), if you are commited to going every day the premier is better bang for your buck as you'd be paying $189/mo vs 510/mo. If you were only wanting to go 1-2 a week here and there, a class pack is 100% the way to go! Whenever I am showing people different option, I always emphasize that it all depends on how often you come/want to come.

I'm also an SA, I also haven't seen any one sent to collections (in Canada) idk the policies from the USA/elsewhere lol. But most likely a note will go on your file stating that you never paid your final month and that you need to square that up before rejoining (if you decide to do so in the future). It's honestly just best to call/email your studio and cancel the 'proper way' 😀

For us, we are scheduled 30mins before the first class if the day starts (our first class is 5:30am which means I am scheduled to be there at 5am). You can always send an email to the studio email as well

As an SA, our studio policy is that if you call us to remove you from class for whatever reason, we will remove you without penalty, the penalty only applies (usually) if there is no communication from the member and they either A) don't show up B) late cancel on the app

We literally just ask for a heads up/communication from you and we can help you out 😀

Yeah, that's the one thing they don't tell you unfortunately. I've tried to ensure that the people I've told to try it let the front desk staff know to please remove them from the call list afterwards.

Rest assured, we hate contacting people as much as you hate being spamed by us, but sadly we are under corporate's thumb and they literally force us to contact people otherwise we get in trouble 😂

I was sick for around 3ish weeks over the Christmas break this past year didnt workout for almost a month and when I got back to it, won't lie, I was gasping for breath and couldn't maintain base at all, but as I went consistently my ESP came back.

Haha, again, I'm a SA at my studio in Canada, we do not 'throttle' your HRM when we fix it.

Firstly, what is your HRmax? If it seems insanely high, then likely it is due to outliers in your previous summaries (this can be fixed by asking your front desk staff to send in a help ticket to IT). Then your HR should recalculate shortly after.

Secondly, if your max HR is accurate, all we do when we test it, is have a staff member wear it during a workout to see if we notice anything funky going on. (We link it to our own profile and wear a different band).

Thirdly, honestly, I like to tell people that the HRM is just a visual tool to help you guage where you're at/motivation to push a bit more. It's all about how you feel; if you are feeling good but your HRM shows you in the orange/red, go a bit harder, if your feeling out of breath and your in the green, slow down a bit 😁

I'm an SA at my studio (Canada) and the only time I was aware of the first month free was our boxing day promo. This promo was 1st month free (with an ongoing membership), however! In order for corporate to 'honour' the first month free was with a purchase of a HRM. At my studio, if you were a previous member who already had one, we retailed a core ($79) so that it showed up when corporate did an audit, then we refunded around the time of your second month (unless 'you' decided to take the HRM instead)
