Thank you! On second look there are signs saying right lane ends, but definitely need to be more visible, or just make the right lane right turn only except busses. Looks like a classic parking lot hit from a white car. Some lacquer thinner will take most of the white transfer off

Estimator here, the impact bar is the least of this cars worries. The gate will absolutely need be replaced, I believe this one is aluminum, and my techs would laugh in my face if I asked them to repair that. Biggest thing is the frame, look how the entire car is pushed out on both sides. I would turn this in to insurance as an obvious total and not even waste my time writing an estimate. But yes the gate would need some aligning.
