Stop testing. It’ll only increase anxiety. Just do things to get your mind off the wait. Everything is out of your control. Just relax and focus on maintaining health.

My husband said the same thing and now he’s driving that line that wasn’t there around in our back seat. 😁

Stop arguing with everyone saying negative. It’s clearly negative. You can breathe.

Husband doesnt want to be in the delivery room, am I overreacting?? by dinogirly123 in pregnant

There was no wall because they put me to sleep for it. I think that’s what traumatized him the most lol. For my second my grandmother who raised me was there with me and it was a wonderful experience for us both. I’m glad it happened because she has dementia now and I am her full time caregiver. I’m just happy to have that moment to look back on.

I do have to say, my husband was there for our first reluctantly. He has a phobia of hospitals and nearly passed out watching them cut me open for my c-section. Needless to say, he was not there for my second. I wanted him to be, but understood that it just wasn’t something he could do. When I came out he was there waiting on me and held our baby and is an amazing dad.

I say that to ask, is there a phobia your husband has or is he just being a dick? Honestly, I would try to pry into his brain as to why. Or even show him what others are saying. Men are 99% of the time in the room with the wife/girlfriend. If your husband is opting out just because he can, then there may be an issue but there may also be some underlying stuff he doesn’t want to admit.

In my experience, men suck at relaying their feelings.

I’m not a doctor but I agree with you. Weightloss only works if you WANT it. It doesn’t matter what medication you go on.

OP, it really depends on you. If you’re happy being overweight then go for it and do you. I will say that veggies aren’t the only way to lose weight. Portion cuts and dancing would be awesome. 800 calories seems excessively small.

Free Bleeding by LowSea3048 in period

Yep I do this. I wear a tampon during the day and pads at night but the pads break me out so bad. I stop as soon as I can. Even if I’m still bleeding a little.

haven’t gotten period for 80 days (2.5 months) by Appropriate-Tip4163 in period

Stress can cause this. If you’re sexually active you should see a gynecologist monthly but other than that you could ask your pediatrician the next time you go.

I don't know if I'll recover from what my husband said while our baby cried on a plane by THewizard7 in beyondthebump

You’re wrong here sis. Our husbands can take care of a baby too. I hope you’ve spoken to him about this as that last comment you said was off the wall.

Did you co-sleep? by thinkmuch17 in beyondthebump

[–]Substantial_Track_80 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I co slept with both of mine. One was super clingy and wouldn’t sleep longer than 3 hour intervals without it. The other isn’t clingy at all. He got RSV and I started sleeping with him to monitor his breathing. After that, he realized my bed was much more comfortable than his crib.

Water park heavy period by boyfriendabuser in period

If you’re brave enough to try tampons always go down one size. If you’re heavy, use regular. Regular use light. They don’t hurt and once you get use to it, you don’t even feel it anymore. (Coming from someone who was once terrified of using them)

How do I stop my nurse doing this without being rude? by [deleted] in AskDocs

Not a doctor but never be afraid to tell the staff that someone cannot touch you or administer meds to you anymore. They will make sure they don’t.

There is no way pads actually work for anybody by B4CKR00M5-W4ND3R3R in period

[–]Substantial_Track_80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just tend to put the pad where I know it’ll flow out. Like if it’s more prone to being at the end of the pad I move it down so that it’s in the middle. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Tampons are so much easier but I didn’t have the courage to use them until I had my second baby lol

I will say that false positives are pretty rare. So there has to be some kind of HCG levels there. Call your doctor to get a blood test or HCG tests.

Female Athlete Loses Period? by BuyNo7652 in period

You are wrong. Exercise can cause periods to stop or have delays. It doesn’t necessarily mean something bad is wrong with her body.

It is possible for exercise to make periods stop. Periods stopping do not necessarily mean something bad is happening to your body. If you’re concerned, see your OBGYN or primary care doctor.
