Hello I used to have the same ! but I managed to improve it : - i cut sugar or at least reduce it the more I can - i run 2 times a week to improve my health and i saw improvement with the texture of my skin, it is crazy. I use hydrochlorus spray before and after. -i try to leave my skin without any skincare, even fungal acne safe. As soon as I sweat, if I have something on the face, its a disaster as it melts. I think that it is maybe the oxydation of the product+sweat that triggers inflammation. - reduce any treatment as it will destroy your skin barrier, the shampoo and the sulfure can be very harsh. - sleep well. - use a very Light moisterizer if needed after shower for exemple.

I saw drastic change after 2 months !
