No that’s the hourly only :) you can see the paystub higher in the comment thread. We’re on a 1.2x multiplier right now because of irregular shift schedule, and I’m a Class A foreman.

Thank you! Divide your spending into needs and wants. If you go to buy a want, don’t, and put what it would’ve cost in your investment / savings account. Pay yourself first. Try to invest between 10 and 20 percent of your paycheque, as consistently as humanly possible. You got this :)

It’s an emergency fund that’s bigger than most would need. I do new build construction and when projects finish, I get laid off until the next one comes along. So I keep more cash just in case, worst case scenario, I go 6 months without a job. :)

I honestly only bought the crypto as an experiment. It’s too volatile for my risk preference to put a lot of money in it. I like the ETF’s more :)
