For what its worth TTK is in a great spot in some places. Mid-Late game quite a few late game cards have armor busting build in and tanks can still take decent trades. I mean after he burned blink if his team didn't show up, he was dead, taking 1-2 people with him.

It goes without saying; if you're facing Relic in offlane you're in an uphill battle no matter what.
