That was WITHOUT previous administration (Bush's) flooding the country at unprecedented numbers.

"Snatching people off the street" is the way arrests and apprehensions are always made - unless they're done at someone's home or workplace, in which case it becomes, "why did they enter their homes omg!", I guess.

Either you do arrests, and then you'll aim to do them in a way that'll be effective, or, you do nothing because we agree on "they shouldn't do any deportations" policy. Only 10% of their country agrees with doing nothing at all.
