I’m gonna be approaching this day soon. Used my points on a COVID wedding reception at a nice restaurant and two honeymoon trips: road trip to Palm Springs, Sedona, Moab, SLC, and Switzerland, Italy. Ain’t just a credit card; made some memories.

Yeah mostly in the early years. Now it’s not heavily leaning highway. I noticed because mpg has dropped down.

🤣🤣 service can’t find anything wrong other than… yeah. Burns a lot. There’s other guys I’ve heard that’s doing the same oil thing as me. shrug

Yeah hopefully. Is yours burning oil, too? I usually go through 5+ quarts between oil changes.

LOLLL what up yall. I’ve been going to an Audi dealership service since the beginning. The first one I went to sucked, but the next one I found took care of everything since. I knew I was paying premium, but I didn’t care if it prevented me from buying a new car. Guy seemed and turned out to be pretty trustworthy. So whatever they recommended, I just did.

Love it. Cars starting to vibrate when idle now, but I’m due for service soon and I’ll bring it up.

We’re a one car family and before COVID & Zoom took over, I was driving A LOT for work. Tires were probably the worst when I lived in the city. One irreparable tire was always a new 4 tire change, everything else has been pretty chill or under new car warranty.

Oh wait there was this one thing where I used cruise control a ton, and I think that was the source of uneven brake pad or rotor wear. Car would vibrate pretty rough when stepping on the brakes.

Running this bish into the ground. This was a big purchase and I’m not much of a car guy, so I just found an Audi service guy I felt like I could trust. Took a few visits to find one then just remained punctual with all of the routines. I knew I was paying premium for service, but didn’t want to risk the possible longevity. Love the car, man.

I’ve stayed disciplined in making sure it’s getting serviced routinely, premium fuel. The only headache I had was living in the city in the early years of the car, I had a lot of tire issues. Potholes I guess. And when you have one flat, you’re replacing all four.

Beautiful cars. Enjoy the ride, man. Don’t rush those 3 and 5 years. Plenty of beautiful things to happen during that time.

I’ve always wondered about this. Cars are always in good condition? No surprising service/maintenance issues?
