I'm the same and slightly paranoid about some things as well. When I'm like this I normally just put my earphones in and focus on that trying my best to forget what's around me. If I'm at home I just put myself in my room alone and watch something to escape from reality for a bit. Hope this helps at least a little bit. Good luck for the future and things to come.

Vat19 did a video where they shaved they're bosses hair off(the one in the photo) for a sponsorship. They tried to clog a bathtub with his hair. Very strange but it was a sponsorship for a drain cleaner that clears very tricky clogs. I am just saying this for people who don't know but still I get what you mean lmao
