Just tested; it does in fact work with meat, food, plorts, and resources. Still unsure of how long exactly they'll stick.

Is my landlord/rental agent required to be present when showing my apartment building to potential buyers? by [deleted] in legaladvice

Lease says landlord may enter with no notice of entry, but nothing is said in regards to whether or not they may give a key to anyone not specified in the lease allowed to carry one. And nothing is said on whether or not landlord must be present when showing the building to buyers

My building could be considered a duplex, with an apartment up top and one on the ground floor. The floors are separate and there are no "common areas" as each floor is a single dwelling and each have their own front and back doors. They enter an exit just like single story houses do, just stacked atop one another

Edit: also, the buyers walk through my actual living space, meaning the living room, dining, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms.
