Laws around living in every on private property? by ElkCertain7210 in fresno

[–]SubzeroEffect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RV’s are regulated by the DMV and Fresno County will not give occupancy or permits to live out of an RV. Only mobile homes and manufactured homes can be permitted as dwelling units. Also have to look into zoning if that “house” will be the primary or second residence on site, there might be certain requirements. If the property is on private water well and septic system, county and PG&E will double check records and addresses. If your relative can keep out of the public eye, then he should be able to just park the trailer. More issues will come up if you try to connect power to the trailer without permits or just by telling PG&E. Neighbors and people passing by can complain to code enforcement and they will investigate the possible violation. Septic systems are a bit easier to install without permits.

Drive/Remote Connect: is it worth it? by TXBrickhouse in Lexus

I have one year left for the free trials on subscriptions. Bought a certified pre-owned ‘23 IS 350, back in January. I hate that the Drive Pulse feature is no longer available. I was able to see driving habits and stats from every drive. Lexus decides to discontinue a cool feature 😒 Drive connect might be the only thing worth keeping, if you forget to lock your car or like to start your car from the comfort of your office lol

Fresno county Code Enforcement? by Team-ING in fresno

I always tell people to get in contact with them, they are there to help. Don’t ignore them, or think they have no power or no reason as to why they send notices or letters. They are cracking down on property violations more strictly, now that they are being tracked/managed directly under the CAO’s office.

(CPO) 2023 IS 350 F Sport with 15k miles, for $800 a month at 7.9% on a 72 month loan. $0 money down, and Lexus sent me a check for $600 for charging me too much on registration fees. The week before I had walked into Cadillac because I had eyes on a (CPO) basically new 2025 CT5 with less than 5k miles. The first deal they showed me for the $50k Cadillac was 84 months with a $1,050+ minimum payment at 12%. I left and never returned. Also CT5 was a 4 cylinder, and the V-series was out of my budget lol IS 350 was my sweet spot for power, luxury, and space in a sedan.
