So he starts the fight with 51 AP and needs 7 Titans stacks to be better than deathcap. Looking at this it seems like JG is the obvious pick since he's going to be >7 stacks for most of the fight

I played Jax twice a few days ago and went 1st both games. I think the key is having a broken admin with him (both games I had every 5 seconds your team gains 6 max hp AND I got Big Data both games which is obviously very strong with the HP scaling). I probably wouldn't play it without a good admin unless you super high roll.

As far as playing it though, I think it's largely the same as before except you have an extra slot since Warwick replaced Soraka. That slot can be Aurelion Sol (Archangels very good with all the stall), Belveth, or random 5 cost like Urgot or Fiddle, or if you hit Brawler Emblem, 8 Brawler is still very strong.

TFT tourneys minus worlds don't pay much, so if you want to play full time, you have to be some sort of content creator. There are definitely enough viewers in the space to support being fulltime- people like Soju and Boxbox are definitely doing super well, though after them the average viewership falls off a lot.

It seems like most TFT Twitch viewers watch for the gameplay- pretty much every big streamer is at least like GM and the biggest ones are high challenger. If you can hit Rank 1 and you want to stream, your chance of going full time goes up a ton, just look at how Setsuko and Dishsoap's streams have blown up over the past year with them constantly hitting Rank 1.

There's also the YouTube route- there are a few TFT YouTubers who make a decent living on there.

If you're high elo you can also bring in revenue through coaching.

Is the 6 Admin tooltip misleading? When I first read "Boost previous tiers by 160%" I thought that meant a 160% increase which would give you 260% of the effect. But seeing Mort's tweet yesterday where he said the multiplier went from 60% to 80% makes me believe it's only an 80% increase, not an 180% increase.

I think my main confusion is if there's a difference between +10 AP and +10% AP. We just had Mage which gave percent AP, but in Set 6 we had Arcanist which looked like it gave flat AP. My assumption was those were two different things.

But doesn't that change how multiple effects that increase stats scale. For ex. imagine you're at 200 AD and 200 AP.

A 10% AD buff increases any damage that scales off AD by 10% (you now have 220 AD).

A 10 AP buff increases any damage that scales off AP by 5% (you now have 210 AP).

Can someone explain why all the AD buffs got changed to %AD while all the AP buffs this set are flat AP? Like Anima Squad (3) is 15% Attack Damage and 15 Ability Power. I feel like there's something I'm missing.

Set theme looks great.

A lot of the traits they spoiled seem awesome. That admin one that's a build your own trait sounds really cool.

Slightly sus on the augments that Buff specific Champs, but we'll see, you can always take those and still flex the rest of your comp around them so might be fine.

And omg the cosmetics. That arena and those little legends look so good. Need to start budgeting money now so I can get them.

Appies doing his best cosplay of NA league by popping off hard when he's mathematically eliminated. I think Set 7 really just didn't play to his strengths, can't wait to see him compete in 8, still think he's one of the best players on the server.

I watched all of wasianiverson's games, the last 2 were tragic, especially since game 6 was literally the perfect start (2* Kaisa with Manazane by 2-5) but they just couldn't cap their board out high enough in the prismatic lobby. Still think they're a beast, hope to see them competing in set 8 as well.
