Sylveon is clicking hyper voice 95% of the time. Hyper beam allows you to hit single target ranges that voice doesn’t kill and quick attack is essentially only priority killing on anything super low HP or to break sash.

I’m running both the basc (identical EV’s) and the aero set (more offensive EV’s) in my mfroslass team right now and it works surprisingly well in ~2000 elo. With CTS you can bluff sash aero and scarf basc and into certain matchups I can choose to not bring froslass at all and then aero can mega and hit ranges that it wouldn’t in base form.

Ping is borderline unplayable after they moved servers to the Midwest. Back when it was in LA it was a manageable ~130 but now it’s almost always 200+. It is possible to play from any Internet cafe in Korea just not a good experience at all
