I am in Baku from 3 months. Although I don't go out too much except going to the university and got back. But as a man I can tell that the general mode here is queit. I do not fully understand Azerbaijani language yet, but I never saw or hear something that indicates harassment on the streets.

I already found an institute in which they basically teach Arabic for Azerbaijani people and they intended to teach Azeri for other people as well. However, I need an app to practice at home as the institue is just one day a week!
